Rinse the prawns under cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Remove shells except for the tail section. Devein if necessary. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, combine softened butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, and a pinch of red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
Fill the Ounin steam oven's water tank. Select the Steam mode and preheat to 100°C (212°F). Place the steam tray in the oven.
Arrange prawns in a single layer on the steam rack. Brush generously with garlic butter. Steam for 3-4 minutes until opaque and pink. Be careful not to overcook.
Transfer prawns to a serving platter. Drizzle with remaining garlic butter and garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges. Serve immediately with crusty bread.
For extra flavor, marinate the prawns in garlic butter for 30 minutes before cooking. Fresh prawns work best, but frozen prawns can be used if thawed completely first.
